Transformation across Regions (TAR) was founded with the strong belief and evidence that communities can thrive under transformational and progressive ideas that are not only inclusive but also cognizant of regional realities and diversity. For TAR, communities are best placed to define their own needs and to develop innovative responses to their needs and challenges. This principle underpins TAR’s support to communities and those that support communities to develop and implement programmes and deliver impactful interventions. To date, TAR has been successful in implementing interventions around basic and Informal education, women and girls’ empowerment, youth training and entrepreneurship, and good governance among others.
TAR is driven by its values and vision, which is a country where communities are empowered to live dignified lives.
Therefore, our mission is to ensure a full cycle of well-being for communities to enable them to enjoy life to its full extent.
